There are many different genres of literature. Below is a short video explaining what genres are and how they are used in literature. We will be reading many different genres in Language Arts I hope you will find your favorite as we learn and read through the materials.
Literature Standard 2: Recount stories, including fables, folktales, and myths from diverse cultures; determine the central message, lesson, or moral and explain how it is conveyed through key details in the text.
Ed Tech Standard 8 : Use technology resources (e.g., calculators, data collection probes, video, education software,) for problem solving, self-directed learning, and extended learning activities (5,6)
