Here you can learn all about different animals and their many physical traits that make them able to survive in different environments. We will also talk a little about how this can relate to us as humans. Adapting is how the world works and animals are very good at adapting and surviving.
5th grade Science
Standard 5: Students will understand that traits are passed from their parent organisms to their offspring, and that sometimes the offspring may possess variations of these traits that may help or hinder survival in a given environment
Objective 2: Describe how some characteristics could give a specials a survival advantage in a particular environment.
Ed Tech Standard 8 : Use technology resources (e.g., calculators, data collection probes, video, education software,) for problem solving, self-directed learning, and extended learning activities (5,6)
